I put another bird feeder off my back deck and it has been attracting a lot of birds. They congregate in a nearby tree and go back and forth between the tree and the feeder. I really liked this colorful little fellow. He just sat there looking all around him. Maralee
Gerbera Daisies
Gerbera daisies are one of my favorite flowers to photograph. I love that they come in so many different colors and each has their own character. These flowers were no exception. But you've probably figured out that I like to photograph just about any kind of flower. Maralee

One of my orchid plants has started to bloom. I've had this plant for several years and this it its third bloom. I have three other orchid plants that haven't bloomed since I got them. Hopefully they will bloom again one day. Maralee

Hens and Chicks
My Hens and Chicks succulents are expanding and are starting to flower. I love these plants and like that they are taking over my "desert-scape" area of my yard. They don't need much water so they're perfect in that area. Maralee
