I took a short detour on my way to work yesterday and stopped down by the river. It was another gorgeous morning and I thought the ducks and geese might be active. The sunrise was stunning and it cast a beautiful glow on the water. Maralee

We are coming to the end of hummingbird season. The nights are getting cooler and there is a slight chill in the air during the day. The hummers will be soon be heading south for the winter. I will miss them. Maralee
These three birds were sitting on the wire outside my office early one morning. I thought they looked interesting against the sky. I had to do some editing in NIK Software to bring out some detail in the birds. Maralee
