While the record snowfall we just had this week snarled traffic, closed businesses, and required a lot of shoveling, it did give us a winter wonderland. We came across these burned out trees in a field and I had to photograph them. It was just after sunset so there was just enough light to silhouette them against the sky. Taken with my iPhone. Maralee

The subdivision where I live has a man-made stream running along a portion of the walking path. I enjoy walking along here because it is so pretty and I love the sound of the water. Maralee
Happy Thanksgiving
What a beautiful way to spend the day before Thanksgiving with a walk along the river. Although it's getting pretty chilly, it was a perfect day for a walk. There was no wind so there were beautiful reflections all along the way. Maralee
