Last night was the full snow moon and since it was the first time we've seen the full moon in several months, I forced myself to go and photograph it. It was a beautiful, but chilly evening. On one side we had the beautiful moon rise, and on the other side a fiery sunset. Maralee

A New Bird on the Block
This is a poor photograph of this bird, but I had about 10 seconds to get my camera, point and shoot. Through a dirty window no less. But I've never seen this bird at my feeder before. I believe it is a woodpecker but I don't know what type. Any ideas? I wish it would …
