One of the highlights to our trip to California was a visit to Yosemite National Park. We couldn’t have picked a more beautiful day. The sun was shining, it was warm, and traffic wasn’t too bad. We purposely chose to go on a weekday, hoping to avoid the crowds.
Our first sight of the Yosemite valley was a tunnel view where we were able to get a panoramic view of the valley.
Over the next few days I will post more photos from our trip into Yosemite.

I think we chose the nicest day of our vacation to visit Yosemite. Many of the roads were still closed because of snow – they won’t open until June. So we were limited to visiting the valley but it was beautiful.
