One of the places we like to stop on our drive up to Grand Marais is Split Rock Lighthouse. It’s a great place to get out and stretch your legs and see some beautiful scenery and history.

I love lighthouses and this one is a particular favorite of mine. Maybe it’s because I grew up so close to it.
