I would call it an aquilegia. One of my favourite flowers.
I agree with everyone – the Aquilegia or columbine. They come in quite a wide variety of colours, and are exceedingly easy to grow!

And just for fun, from the Antipodes, I will contribute that Aquilegia, aka Columbine, have also been known as “Granny’s Bonnets” – that will not stand up as a definitive Botanical name, of course, but any good nurseryman will know what you want 😉
