On of my favorite areas to visit is Alberta, Canada. This shell of a building had a gorgeous view of the area…although I don’t think there is any area in Alberta that isn’t gorgeous. This was near Canmore and Banff.
There are some wonderful wedding photographers that have a podcast called “The Lonely Photographers”. They are primarily wedding photographers and they are ranked as some of the best in the world. After visiting their site I put Alberta right up there with Washington State as a place to visit on my bucket list :-). I bet you could tell us a lot of great stories from all of your travels.. Is this an HDR image? Love the richness of the colors!
Thanks. This one is an HDR. I try not to use HDR too much but sometimes its necessary when there is such a contrast in light and dark. There are so many beautiful places to visit. I just wish was able to travel more.
Great image, Mar
Thanks, Mo.
unique!
Thank you.
Perfect 🙂
Thanks, Edith.
Was this the old colliery near the Crowsnest Pass? If so I pass by there frequently. I like this perspective.
Ah! I see now it’s near Canmore. I love that place too. My Dad has a view of the Three Sisters from his room at the Lodge. How blessed he is.
This was at a ghost town called Bankhead between Banff and Canmore.
Now that’s what you call a window with a view… great…
The whole area has gorgeous views.

I hear you. One of my dreams is to spend a month in Europe and visit all of the castles that I have seen on the Smithsonian channel. Maybe one day 🙂
