In my first attempt at a still life if have learned that I have a lot to learn. Lighting was the hardest issue for me as I do not have a studio lighting set-up. This will be an area that I will be working more on.

I’ve heard side-lighting from a nearby window can be diffused by a sheer curtain. I’ve never tried it, though. Maybe that’s only for portraits. Not sure. I favor landscapes.
