The world as I see it
The Egyptian is a watering hole in the middle of the Masai Mara. Zebras and wildebeest would travel for miles just to get water from this watering hole. On this particular day. there was a stream of animals as far as the eye could see walking toward this place.
While we didn't see nearly as many elephants in the Masai Mara as we did in Amboseli, we did come across a few herds.

We had a fantastic animal spotter in our Masai driver Jackson. He spotted this lion from a great distance away. I took this first photo using a 400mm lens and I still can't tell where the lion actually is.
If was shortly after sunrise that we found this family of lions playing in the early morning sun. Moms were nearby and later joined in the playing
