Today is supposedly the last day of spring until winter returns. So I thought I'd take advantage of the beautiful weather and take a walk along the river. I noticed all of these cocoons on the branches of the bushes as I was walking along. At least I think they're cocoons. Funny thing though . …
Come Fly with Me
On my way home yesterday, I noticed several jet trails crisscrossing the sky. This one seemed particularly low - I could see the plane. I got home in time to photograph it as it was going over my house. Maralee

iPhone Flowers II
I took this photo of the rose and other buds (I don't know what it is) with my iPhone today. I'm sure florists everywhere are loving this day. I actually like the little buds better than the rose. I decided to grunge them up a bit. Maralee
