Windward Coast
We took a drive along the windward coast and stopped at this small park near Makapu'u. Â It was a very windy day but it was so beautiful. I do miss the ocean and the smell of the salt air.
Wedding
As I mentioned, we went to Hawaii for my stepson and his beautiful bride's wedding. The wedding itself was held at one of the most beautiful locations I've been - a sandbar in the middle of Kaneohe Bay. It was scheduled for low tide so that more of the sandbar would be above water. The …
West Maui
We attempted to drive around the west Maui coastline but the road was closed partway there. Just as well...it was a one lane, twisting, turning, cliff hanging road for a bit before we had to turn around. But it was a gorgeous, rugged coastline. Very windy too.
