The common mynah bird was introduced to Hawaii in 1865 to control an infestation army worms. You will find them everywhere. Windsurfing

On our last day in Hawaii, we spent a good portion of it at Kailua Beach Park watching the windsurfers. It was a very windy day and the windsurfers were flying across the water. It was fun to watch. Maralee  

Windward Coast

We took a drive along the windward coast and stopped at this small park near Makapu'u.  It was a very windy day but it was so beautiful. I do miss the ocean and the smell of the salt air.

Wedding

As I mentioned, we went to Hawaii for my stepson and his beautiful bride's wedding. The wedding itself was held at one of the most beautiful locations I've been - a sandbar in the middle of Kaneohe Bay. It was scheduled for low tide so that more of the sandbar would be above water. The …
