It has been extremely windy and rainy the last few days so I haven't been able to get out and shoot. The park where I normally go to walk is closed due to downed trees. So, these are a few bird photos I've taken in the past month or so. Maralee
Getting ready to take off
I enjoyed watching this duck literally run on water getting ready to take off. He flew about 20 feet and then landed again. Maralee

Swans
There are three swans that live on the river where I walk. Most of the time they are on the opposite side of the river from the trail but this past week they came much closer. They are such beautiful birds. Maralee
