Pygmy Nuthatch
This is one of the many Pygmy Nuthatches (at least that's what I think it is) that hangs out at our feeder at the office. They are very cute and very fast. Maralee
Hairy Woodpecker
This bird showed up in my back yard yesterday. I'd never seen it before and was very excited to see it. I had to use a high ISO and I was a fair distance away so the shots are a bit grainy. I hope it comes back. Maralee
Sparrow
According to my Cornell Ornithology app, this is a male house sparrow. He emerged from a tree outside my office window and I was able to get a good close-up of him. Maralee
Hawaiian Sparrow
This little sparrow had lunch with us at an outdoor restaurant while we were in Hawaii last year. He was obviously very accustomed to being around people. Maralee
