Last weekend we went to the top of Mt. Bachelor for a sunset dinner. Â It was a gorgeous evening and we were treated to a stunning sunset. Â I will be posting more later. Maralee
Distant Storm
We are in the midst of a very hot, dry summer. Â But, occasionally, we will get "pop up" thunderstorms late in the afternoon and early evening. Â There was a storm to the south of us a couple of nights ago that created beautiful clouds at sunset. Maralee
Thunderclouds
We had our first big thunderstorm of the season roll through on Wednesday afternoon. Â It brought with it 3000 lightning strikes, 20 fires (all of which were put out), and some gorgeous thunderclouds. Â After the storm passed, we had these ominous looking dark clouds hanging over us.
