On of my favorite areas to visit is Alberta, Canada. This shell of a building had a gorgeous view of the area…although I don't think there is any area in Alberta that isn't gorgeous. This was near Canmore and Banff. Maralee

I've posted this photo before but I thought it was a perfect layers subject. The Painted Hills in central Oregon are named after the colorful layers of its hills corresponding to various geological eras, formed when the area was an ancient river floodplain. Maralee
