Heron Stalking Season Has Begun
Now that the osprey stalking season has ended for the winter, heron stalking season has begun.
Lesser Goldfinch
During the summer, these beautiful little birds are a common sight in my back yard. They like to take a bath in my water fountain and sometimes I'll have 7 or 8 of the birds bathing at the same time.
Hummingbird
This was taken early in the morning. The hummingbird perched on a the metal stand I use for the hummingbird feeder. He landed in a spot in front of a break in the tree with a bright area behind it.
Hummingbird Olympics
I think this hummingbird was trying out for the Hummingbird Olympics. He was twisting and turning and flying everywhere.
