The first night back in my hometown, I wasn't sure if we were going to have much of a sunset. There was some pretty heavy cloud cover. But it started to break up and ended up being a gorgeous sunset. Maralee
Blanket of Smoke
Flying back home from Seattle to Bend, there was a blanket of smoke covering the ground throughout Washington and Oregon. Some of the higher elevations poked through the smoke. Maralee
Sunset and Sunrise in the Coolest Town in America
Arrived in my home town of Grand Marais and was treated to a gorgeous sunset last night and a gorgeous sunrise this morning.

Flying from Bend to Salt Lake City we flew over the fire burning in Canyon City. The smoke was thick below us. Had some interesting ground patterns as we came into Salt Lake. Maralee
