This spider, grasshopper, or whatever it is , that I presumed was dead, was caught in a web outside my house. I think it's pretty creepy. Maralee
Itsy Bitsy Spider
I found this little spider on one of my daisies. It was fairly shy and the closer I got, the more it tried to hide from me. There was a bit of wind and I had a very difficult time focusing. I'm hoping to find him again on a non-windy day. Maralee

The best way to get over a fear is to meet it face-to-face. It helps when there is a camera lens acting as a buffer. This one wasn't a jumper but it startled me a couple of times when it moved . . . very quickly. Maralee
