Even though we're just about at the end of our hummingbird season, there are still some around stocking up for their long trip down south. I will enjoy them as long as I can. Maralee
Cute Little Bird
The birds have been congregating at the bird feeder trying to stock up for winter. This one was sitting on the branch waiting for an open seat at the restaurant. As you can see, the leaves are starting to turn color. Maralee

Hummingbird season is winding down and the cute little birds will be heading south for the winter very soon. I think some have already left. A friend gave us a wrought iron garden sculpture of a hummingbird and nest so I will have that to hold me through the winter until the little birds come …
Seagulls
A lot of people don't like seagulls, but think they're quite interesting birds. There are a lot of seagulls in my hometown in Minnesota. Plus a little sandpiper (I think that's what it is . . . I'm not really sure). Maralee
