There was a small city of baboons near the resort where were were staying in Amboseli.
In the Dust
As our first day in Amboseli was coming to a close, the animals were heading back to safety. It was dry and dusty and as the sun was starting to go down, the backlighting on their dusty trek was beautiful.
Amboseli Elephants
Here are more of the elephants from Amboseli. They would walk to the marshes every day to wallow in the mud and eat the greens. At the end of the day they would walk back "home." You can see the demarcation of the mud on them at the end of the day.
