I went down to the river yesterday to try to capture the sunset. Instead, I took photos of geese taking off and landing. It was just before sunset, the sun was low and very bright and I had to take some of the photos toward the sun. Thus, the flare. But it was fun watching …

White Christmas
We had quite a heavy snowfall yesterday which makes for a beautiful white Christmas. It was a nice wet snow which was very good for making a snowman. Haven't made one in years. But it cleared late in the day ad we had a gorgeous sunset.
